Is it Possiblto Make ane

Hi all,

I'm looking at a 3-unit is Shaker Heights and the realtor sent over the Point of Sale Compliance Inspection Report.  One of the violations stated the 3rd floor may not be used as a separate unit.  However, the unit has its own plumbing, electrical circuits, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.  Is it possible to make this into a legal separate unit?  If so, how could I do it and roughly what would it cost?

Thanks,

Justin
