Will extend the offer to tenants for raised bed vegetable gardens in the back if they wish to work it. all our tenants seem to be long term we've had one for 20 years and another for 15 so they feel a pride in living in the building and pick up trash or any fruit that might fall on their own.

He comes over whenever he wants unexpected, has a bunch of his belongings in the rental houses garage and in the attic, has told us we can't have anything in the garage or attic because it isn't fair to anyone else.

Grace Porritt ,it is illegal to host an open house for a Realtor all by yourself without a license.Under the law you can do everything for the Realtor except talk to the visitors about the property or attempt to persuade anyone to buy that property or any other property.You can serve food and drinks,set up and take down the signs around the neighborhood,Greet guests and have them sign the registry,keep their children occupied while the Realtors work with the adults,and basically guard the front door while the Realtor walks through the property with the guests.You can never answer any questions whatsoever about the property.You basically have to say " the Realtor will be with you shortly" and "Thanks for visiting today".

I would think it might be hard to evict the delinquent individual because you have a shared living space with people that are current with thier rent.It maybe difficult to have one individual's personal belongings remove by the sheriff during an eviction because multiple people are living in the same space.

I did that and the tenant sated she would move out early but kept her belongings there even with utilities shut off.
