Hi Cheri, 

Welcome to BP and the greater real estate investing community! There will undoubtedly be many more people with much more experience who respond after me, but I wanted to extend an invitation to meet up as well. I'm in the process of closing on my first deal (a 4-plex), and I'd be glad to talk about my experiences (as well as some of the excellent local resources that exist)!
