Hey folks, For the large management groups, have you brought cleaners in house and paid hourly verses using sub contractors?

I have a short list of items needed to move forward such as contract signed, W9, launch ready checklist and I need to be added to the homeowners insurance policy as "other insured". 

With the new 5% down program they are also hesitant to have such a large upfront cost which prevents them from buying a second property next year.
