New investor in the state of Maryland (Hanover region) looking for BiggerPockets members who live in the area to network  with.

My prices are based on my experience buying and selling 25 homes and helping several people in the Niagara Region to install furnaces using good quality trades people who don't try and make a million bucks off of an install.

I have been a certified home Inspector for the past three years in the southeast region of Pennsylvania.

It's a great place to network with people in every niche of the market, and region of the country.

I live in a region where 3 bed 2 bath homes sell for around $120k.I'm interested in looking at apartment buildings in the $300-600k range, though I'm not opposed to more if it makes sense.

He is the expert investor, with a long professional history in commercial and residential,  primarily operating a residential property appraisal company in our region. 

From there, I basically held every underwriting position in the Bank, including running my own credit team in one of the geographic regions (which means that any deal that got done there went through me).
