Hello BP!

I am new to the website and relatively new to the notion of REI. I currently own a condo with my wife and we are looking to expand and build a respectable portfolio of long-term, cash flowing, small multi-families. I currently work as a Network Administrator (IT) for a large real estate developer and I'm looking to grow my passive income stream. I've already bought many of the books found in The 21 Best Real Estate Books post.  Right now I'm reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner which has been incredible so far!  I look forward to interacting with many of you!  I intend on becoming an active member in the community and will do whatever I can to build positive, and synergistic relationships!
