Hello,

My name is Scott Ferguson. I have been a certified home Inspector for the past three years in the southeast region of Pennsylvania. As a mechanical engineer by trade, I began doing handyman work over 20 years ago. 

As I learned more about contracting, my ability and business grew. My father always told me to work smart, not hard. I decided to head his advice and shift my focus on Inspections instead of the heavy labor that comes with contracting.

With my experience and connections I have made throughout the years, I am confident I am ready for the next phase in my career. Real estate buying and selling!!
