I've gone on a few appointments to look at houses, but haven't been able to come to an agreement mainly due to there not being enough motivation to sell.

Many may have done 100 deals this past year, but someone who does things wrong and never knows it, never gets hung, may advise you based on their success (and luck).I'd suggest also you calibrate your guru meter based on ethics in business, knowing what is legal and customary as well as fair dealings expected will be a good gauge in selecting an advisor in any business.I'm not totally anti-guru, most I see passing themselves off as experts (self appointed experts at that) have no business attempting to go where they go sometimes.

I have been trying to schedule a recap meeting, and give the team a chance to explain and hopefully make things right, but it’s like pulling teeth trying to schedule any appointments with James(sales rep) and Michael. We had requested to speak with Michael numerous times, or have him review our program, to hopefully provide a bit of reassurance- as we did drop ~$20,000 hard-earned dollars into the program, but we are still waiting-not holding our breath. To boot, we have numerous charges that hit our account post-contract.

I really don't know anything about it.although I have seen Brian over the 3 years I have been here give some detailed information for free on this site.. and unlike many guru's I actually agreed with his ethics and following the law. as an aside my daddy taught me day one in sales punctuality is the key... so blowing off appointments or being late or what have you is not good.. unless you call ahead of time and explain you may be a little late.
