What marketing strategy has paid off best for you?

I have read a lot of posts about various ways of marketing. Most seem to agree that one needs at least 5 steady streams of marketing to continuously produce leads. I'd like to hear what everyone has had the most success with. Please share what has worked best for you and any tips you can think of.
