How long do you spend in meeting with a motivated seller. Do you do a quick walk through of the house to check condition and get down to business at the kitchen table?

Simple Answer David A. – you spend as long as the seller needs! They won’t make you the deal you want if they don’t like you! Lead them to believe that they can and should like you - then they just may trust you...Take your watch off. Leave your smart phone in the car. Think about what you wear and what you drive. You are painting a picture. so to speak. You are not knocking on that door with the objective of buying a house. You are there to build a relationship!!! If you succeed you may get a good deal. Negotiation 101 my friend. Good luck
