After reading numerous posts, I found it very beneficial to get in contact with some banks before hand.

These were the neighborhoods around the Atlantic Rail Yards, Fort Greene, and Boerum Hill which is now home to the Brooklyn Nets and the site of numerous $400M luxury apartment developments.Of course this analogy is a stretch because of obvious differences between northern Utah and New York city.  

I have spent numerous hours of my time listening to the podcast and catching up on my reading, but I'm ready to take things to the next level.

While credit score is somewhat important, the numerical credit score does not tell you much about the tenant.

The best, I think, is to go to craigslist and use the map feature and see what things nearby are renting for.  

There are numerous "fly by night" operations who seem to be praying on out of state clientele.  

They will appreciate the feature and you won't have to worry about outside laundry and you'll have a little coin to offset.

They will want custom or one of a kind features.

I like all the features they have on their mobile version.
