looking for a management company for a small multi family property.

any recommendations?

additionally can anyone estimate what's the average cost for a management company in that area. so far i got several offers and they all seem high (one month + 10% + multiple additional expenses)

I use a local PM for my SFRs who I really enjoy working with. They charge $79/home for SFR and I believe $59-$69 per unit for multi family. They charge (1) month's rent for tenant placement + plus any emergency and maintenance items. They are a family owned company who has been in business in property management for a long time. They manage ~600 units and focus on the west side of Cuyahoga County and most of Lorain County. They are very responsive and use the Appfolio software for all statements.
