Flipping tiny homes

Hey BP fam. I’m currently a real estate investor just getting my feet wet. I manage 3 properties in Alabama at the moment and I’ve done just a few wholesale deals. Me and my friend met up with some older guys who are carpenters and they showed us a tiny home they built from slabs of wood they cut themselves. They are willing to help us learn how to build them but I was wondering if anyone else has experience with tiny homes? Since they are mobile and can be moved to any location is there a certain code they need to built to and also is calculating arv and estimates the same and also how do you take into account taxes ? If anyone has any insight please help me.

I did a lot of research into that a few years ago and I never saw a way to make a profit.  And, the big problem is where the tiny home ends up being permanently located.  All residential lots will have a minimum square foot requirement for the structure.  And, if the tiny home is basically "mobile" then it is a mobile home which will only be allowed in a mobile home park or out on some land somewhere in Notasulga.  Then, it will still need to have a mobile home yearly license and there are state requirements and inspections to get the sticker.
