Hello everyone! Of course, I'm Chase Fairbanks. I currently just relocated and now reside in Manhattan, Kansas after accepting a brokerage assistant position in a city nearby. Growing up around my parents' buy-and-hold investment properties really started my fascination with REI. I have always been fascinated with the power of compaction and the ability to, in a sense, control your future with investments in real estate. I must remind you all that I am only 19 years old. But, I am in the process of state realtors licensing, and do work full time. I have spent numerous hours of my time listening to the podcast and catching up on my reading, but I'm ready to take things to the next level.
