Hello BP community,My name is Micah I am 23 years old and I am new to this community. 

The attorney explained how he is seeing an explosion of service animals at his client's properties, except for one large community that allows all pets and doesn't charge any pet fees or deposits, they haven't had one service animal request.

I specialize in manufactured housing and some communities have the same problem regarding entrances.

Finding this community has been fantastic simply for the breath and depth of knowledge in these forums.I went to a local REIA Meetup this evening and was presented with an opportunity to have a coach/mentor.
