I was also thinking about doing a post on social media letting everyone know that I am a licensed real estate agent.

Got lucky but a combination of word of mouth (I already had some rentals and i talked about that frequently to my friends), network through social media (IG and FB marketing), and then got connected with a start up company that does rent by the room and i help find the houses for them.
