(I haven't bothered yet.)Since I typically make a new trust for each property it is not worth the hassle to get a tax ID or form a new corporation for each trust, especially when an existing corporation can be the beneficiary.My solution to the problem was to find a title company that will actually follow the trust as written, rather than violating the trust and insisting on payment in a manner contrary to the trust instructions
