Security Camera for rental

Hi one of my tenants is complaining that she does not feel safe.  I wanted to ease her mind by getting security cameras for the outside. 

What's your recommendation?  Comcast, ADT, etc... Also should I pay for the service or is that something  she should have to pay if she wants monitoring?
