Hi BP Community I am starting to run my bandit signs campaign and wanted to see what are your opinions on which is the best way to run it for better results, some of the questions I came up are:1) what is more effective to put them on Friday and pick them up on Sunday or Leave them posted until they get taken of?

With the little money I do have to commit to my small marketing campaigns I have come to a little bit of a fork in the road, I have come to the conclusion that maybe if I first focus on paying off all of my debts that I can actually have more focus in the future on my real estate investing/ wholesailing when I actually have the cashola to spend.

,We're actually planning to do some pretty serious direct marketing starting next month, and this is one of the things my wife and I have recently began discussing (blanket campaigns to all addresses).We decided that we're going to start with those subdivisions where we know we'd like to buy, and blanket those first (probably about 15 subdivisions for about 1500 addresses).

We've successfully gotten back into contact with about half of them so far, and there are two potential deals from that group -- we'll know more this week.We also are about to launch a big direct mail campaign in the coming weeks with a different strategy in mind (I don't want to divulge before we start)...I'll have more to say about that in the coming months if anyone is interested.
