Hello all!

I have been lurking on the site for about a year or so. I have found some great information here. I currently own my personal house and one investment townhome that is a rental.

I would like to do some wholesale deals to make extra money to finance future rentals. My goal is to have two more rental properties - single family or townhomes - by the end of this year. Next years goals is to purchase 12 additional properties. ;-) This is exciting!!!
