Your Profile on BiggerPockets tells the rest of our members who you are, what your experience is, and most importantly, what you're looking for.Self promotion is not allowed in the regular forums - but your profile is expressly FOR promoting yourself.

Make sure you are prepared with materials to promote you as a buyer's agent as well as listing agent.

I would think that it would be reasonable to ask for 25% of the GP promote.
