I need my lists skip traced

Hello, I'm in search of a company or individual who has the ability to skip trace a list of hundreds of property owners in order to obtain their phone numbers, is there anyone in the Atlanta area that may have access to something that works with a greater than 50% success rate. I know all about the TLOs, and Beenverifieds, but I'm really looking for someone who's got their own programs who can provide accurate numbers. I'd appreciate any advice on this topic. Thanks.
