What up BP community?! I just stumbled across a bigger pockets youtube video on how to analyze a rental property a few months ago and now I've got a full head of steam and a few books of knowledge ready to realize this dream of being an REI. Definitely fascinated by the BRRR strategy and love listening to the podcasts as well. Already looking for my first deal but not in this forum.

Anyways I moved to Texas from a small city in NY state about 1.5 years ago to my first sales job here working for Palm Harbor Homes. Prior to that I worked in a factory and before that the military and police.  I have worked my way up to sales manager and promoted to the #1 store here in San Antonio. I have some insight on the city here and it seem like a fast growing corridor from Fort Worth all the way to SA.

Always been a Cowboys fan so being here in Texas worked out. Looking forward to going to my first meet here in a couple weeks and meeting everyone else living the dream!
