Anyone have letters they send to Homeowners they are willing to share ?

Here is the one I just sent out.  Main goal is to let them know that I want to buy.  Also attached a picture of myself and my family.  I wouldn't mind feedback on this if anyone sees something glaring that i missed or should include!
