Turn Key provider advice for 1st purchase

Since December I've ran into a few problems while trying to invest. The biggest problem was me not wanting to invest in California because of our market. I'm now past that and very close to diving into my first purchase after deciding that I'd work with a turn key company. And things are getting very real so I'm becoming very nervous lol. And since I'm nervous about my investment from a turn key provider I'd like to hear some opinions. So I've decided to either work with maverick investor group which was suggested to me by Ali Boone on here and she's given me great advice and has helped me tremendously! But I've seen a lot of posts about Memphis invest. I've seen a lot of people here on BP say good things about them. I don't like to be bias so I'm open minded. I would love to hear some opinions on anyone's experience working with either of them. I'd greatly appreciate anyone's input. I just want my investment to be as secure as possible as many, if not all, of you would understand. Thank you very much for the help anyone! Have a good night (or day!)
