Not sure I'm looking to get any real actionable info, but viewing this as a handful of interesting speakers.

They always have excellent guest speakers too.     

If there is a lender, I call them right then and there on speaker phone.

On a speaker call it came to light that the roof had told the agent 90 days prior there were leaks... however he didn't disclose on the SPQ or TDS.. it just said, we have never lived in the home.

You will surely be able to find good speakers from your area that will not charge for speaking and teaching.  

@Rafael Dalmasi I know it says your from New Jersey, but we host a free monthly meetup in Westbury, NY mostly around Multifamily, but we bring in guest speakers fairly frequently and there are great people to network with as well in other aspects of real estate as well.

The only means of contact that the county provides on the website (http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/iwant/pay.html) is a phone number but every time I call I am just put on an infinite hold ( let it passively sit on speaker for 3 hours one day to no avail).
