Any hard money lenders in western Massachusetts

hey BP members I was just curious if anyone  knows of any good hard money lender's in the Western Massachusetts area. Do I have to put 20% down or will day fund 100%?.  looking to see what they asked for and how I can accomplish buying a fixer-upper and starting a brrrr. Any information would help thank you BP members
