A few questions from a newbie in the NJ/NY area
To start off, there is a TON of information here on BP that I love! But here are some questions I have:
Is there anyone on here that mentors newbies and showing the ropes on how to succeed in this industry? I am interested in building capital (wholesaling) and then investing once I have enough. In the mean time I am building my credit as I believe it is important to have your credit in great condition.
Second. Any cash buyers on here actively purchasing properties? If so I would love to connect!
Third. Any wholesalers available to share some knowledge? I have some questions in regards to wholesaling in general.
Overall this is me just hoping to pick some brains for me to know where to start best. If I can't find a mentor so be it but I'd love to connect and talk to members on here! Hope to hear from some of you soon.
