I feel like the market in the Spring is going to go nuts again, now is the time to get a deal before the upswing.

I have 0 doubt absolutely 0 of this will make sense, because you "know" that you are the center of the universe and that tech is the single most important thing to everyone and anyone, you just know this to be true, facebook is a religion in your world, twitter the holy sacrament, only a total nut-job wacko would dare challenge how holly the temple of tech is.

I know someone who does direct mailed offers for land (he usually offers 40% of market value for the land, hoping to catch that 1 fish who wants to just get rid of a plot they inherited or never cared much about.....and it works).

If that's important, there, I'd recommend you also have a map showing distance from nearest trails, other attractions (distance to fishing, skiing, and others).I'd also get twilight photos and aerial drone shots (if it's allowed there).

Even for minor repairs, will it drive you nuts when you're charged $120 for something you know you could have fixed for $20 if you were there?  

We brought this place to a complete 180, from a tiny cabin with no use case to a fully functional fishing cabin with an 85% booking rate.

I can go fishing anytime I want and she takes yoga trips all over the place with her friends-most recently Croatia.
