STR Listing Feedback

Hi All,

Looking for feedback on our STR listing. All opinions and anything you think would help is greatly appreciated.

We are using pricelabs for dynamic pricing (still trying to find best settings) and we are also listed on VRBO.

First thing that stood out to me was getting some professional photos taken and removing some of the knickknack decor. Your description looks good but breaking it up into bullet points would make it easier to read. Lastly the profile photo should be of a person, it helps potential guests connect with host and co-host, so they feel comfortable booking the property. I would be very hesitant of a new STR listing on Airbnb if the host nor co-host had a photo of themselves on their profile.
