Hello everyone, Since I dont live in the US, was wondering if someone knows if is it possible to act like an agent abroad in order to sell maybe rent-ready properties to foreign investors and split commission with a US broker?

If not, register in Cali and get a foreign LLC in IL.

We'd already purchased rentals in the slow-and-steady manner, so real estate was not foreign to me. 

@Ian Stevenson  there IS NO 100% financing for buy and HOLD  .. end of that discussion especially for foreigners.. you can pay cash many times and refinance out much or all of your cash.. but to buy or purchase with a 100% loan your wasting your time.
