Hey Guys

Just introducing myself!

My real name is Joseph. I'm a complete newbie, still gathering information on REI.

I first got interested in Real Estate when I listened to Carleton Sheets. Never took the first step, as I moved back to the UK where I was raised. (Yes, I have a British accent) But I've returned to Florida, and been here a while. Now I'm eager to get started. But funds are the sticking point right now! (like most newbies I figure)

So I guess I'll use this time wisely, and continue knowledge building, and hopefully networking.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone local to my area, whether flipping, wholesaling, or renting properties.

Odd fact: Although raised in England, I drink coffee, not tea!

Cheerio!

@Joseph Cox

You might be able to find some opportunities in your own back yard.

Alamonte Springs 32701 zip code has 15% Gross Cap Rate adjusted for typical vacancy in the area. Just have to weed out investor unfriendly condo assn.
