In search for that elusive first rental property
Been a researcher for a while; hoping to get into the action sooner than later.
Currently looking at Indiana / Cleveland / Kansas city areas mainly. Buy and Hold with a decent cash-flow is what I have in mind.
Here, hoping to learn from and connect with some local boots on the ground.
