C corp for CA resident flipping in IL

Folks

I have 3 flips in progress in the IL area. I am a resident of CA. I was suggested to set up a C corp by my realtor. Wanted to get some advice on how to do it.

Do I need to incorporate it in IL or in CA. Any suggestions on how to do this properly.

First step.  Stop taking legal advice from a real estate agent.  Second step.  Ask a lawyer what to do.
