I have re-connected with someone I knew from MA and they happened to be an agent under EXP, and they encouraged me to hang my license up in MA too, so I did.However, the main thing is, I finally picked up the phone and started calling my list TODAY.

I'd obviously encourage you to speak with members who are currently in any mentorship program before you join, as a rule of thumb. 

I encourage you to post your license number to this thread so that people finding it see the issue has been corrected.

If so, how would you encourage the owner that hiring a professional agent is a better approach? 

We always encourage our clients to share their positive experiences with friends, family and in online forums / reviews. 

House hacking is not something I could take on, but that is because of my physical limitations.But I strongly encourage you to wait until after you've had your baby and have experienced what that REALLY means before beginning such an undertaking.
