Multifamily Syndication Mentorship Program

I know it gets asked often, but the BP search tool is...challenging.

What MF Mentorship programs do you guys recommend?  I've been looking into Jake and Gino, but wanted to get some opinions from those who have been through some others.  I know all the programs only work if the student puts in the work.

For reference, I've bought a couple SFH and small MF properties, so I'm not a complete rookie!  TIA!

I myself joined Apartment Addicts with Ashley Wilson and J. Scott. It has all the tools necessary to get into the syndication business. They do a zoom once a week. There is a course that goes through the whole process and there is a Slack channel that allows you access to them with any questions you may need. It is also the most affordable that I've found.
