Number 3 in particular is new territory for me and I have the following questions.1) What resources are recommended to explore what structure (LLC type) is best for our collaborative to ensure all interests are protected?  

@George Damianeas I thought I had, but he's had to come out to repair a dishwasher 3 separate times and wasn't sure what the root cause is, so I'm still exploring.

(This also is prevalent in people who are more mature in age and most noticeably in many immigrants)  If that is the case, it’s not him who needs to change, but rather you.You may want to explore other options when hiring a GC, as time is money when you are investing.  

I am pretty confident on the tools I've learned to use thanks to Brandon Turner's books, I'm confident on my strategy thanks to David Greene's book, and I'm confident on my mindset thanks to a countless amount of books I've explored throughout the years, as well as my own experience owning my own small business, and learning from other peer investors through networking. 

@Brandon Baird doesn’t help with your contract questions, but have you explored 4G/LTE connections?

I am excited to be exploring everything BiggerPockets has to offer, I am loving the ability to network.

Lets assume the expenses are 50% of gross which would give us an NOI of $6k per month and $72k annually.. at a 6.25% cap the value is at $1,152,000 Have you explored both avenues of rental and resale?
