Hello Everyone!

Located in Southern California, Inland Empire - I'm an E-Commerce Sales Strategist & Online Marketer by trade (mostly working with Amazon) but have been looking at getting into investments for a while now. I'm completely new to Real Estate. I've never invested into or own property myself but my in-laws have had some rental properties and have been passing some knowledge onto me.

I stumbled across BiggerPockets some time ago and have been reading the book BRRRR, joined the FB groups, and started listening to the Podcasts almost every day. The Long Distance (out of state) BRRRR strategy is the one I'm most interested in. I've purchased the book bundle for BRRRR and Long Distant Real Estate Investing and just started reading it and reviewing the bonus materials. So right now I'm just learning.

Not necessarily looking to purchase any time soon as I'm focused on paying off some bad debt (school/credit cards) but if I do learn a strategy to work around that, I may consider it. Hopefully within the next year or so I'll have learned well enough and be in a good enough financial position to start finding deals and/or my core four.

Looking forward to learning more, discovering which area/market would work for me, and reviewing/lurking over deal posts lol. Any information or recommendations are welcome! Thank you in advance!

Best Regards,

Jay
