Hi Everyone! I am excited to be exploring everything BiggerPockets has to offer, I am loving the ability to network. I am Megan from a small town about an hour North of Pittsburgh.  I run a STEM Education non-profit for small underserved areas.  Recently a large, historic building has come up for sale in my local area. I would like to turn this into a Science and Technology Center. Bringing new/fresh tech/biotech/health companies to the area.  I have been reaching out to network with real estate experts, delving into real estate books, and getting crash courses in how the real estate business works.  If your interested in helping, have book recommendations, articles I can read, suggestions.  I am all ears.
