Really that is SO far over market that it is pretty much impossible to polish that turd. 2) How little will he take up front.

You will find brand new people to the game and those that have been polished with years of experience, both good and bad.

I think - One person said to make sure I bring it to room temperature before installing.Also, Cabinets are a little old, thinking about just cleaning them up with some wood polish though - maybe line the insides.  

I work for a detailing company in Charleston, SC and polish and wax large boats all day.

I see this a lot in my area a flipper will buy a house make it all polished minus doing the mechanical right.So, they price the house higher then what other houses are going for.The appraisal is always going to be an issue.I just don’t buy flips because they never do it right.

If there is hardwood under the current carpet, I'd recommend removing the carpet and sanding and/or polishing the wood. 

Time is money and everyone who joins one of the several similar forums out there is likely looking for some education so they can either make their first deal in real estate, or polish their skills.
