I think - One person said to make sure I bring it to room temperature before installing.Also, Cabinets are a little old, thinking about just cleaning them up with some wood polish though - maybe line the insides.

I see this a lot in my area a flipper will buy a house make it all polished minus doing the mechanical right.So, they price the house higher then what other houses are going for.The appraisal is always going to be an issue.I just don’t buy flips because they never do it right.

If there is hardwood under the current carpet, I'd recommend removing the carpet and sanding and/or polishing the wood.
