Hi BP - Newbie from New York City here!

Hi All,

My name is Daniel, and I'm a law student in NYC. I'm just getting started, but I'm itching to get involved in REI and I'm excited to meet people on BP.

Currently, my goals are to meet potential mentors and partners and most importantly, just to keep learning! I'm looking to make my first deal in the next 12mo. while I continue to voraciously consume information (and podcasts).

Likely looking for a buy and hold, but still figuring out markets etc (tough being in NYC). I'm interested in the tri-state area, Philadelphia, DC. Quite frankly, I'd consider anything - still refining my specifications and the niche I want to go after. 

I'd love to connect with anybody on BP and also to find out about meetups/gatherings in NYC, Philadelphia or Upstate New York!
