While working on detailing a boat in the water, switching from podcast 23-24

Hello,

This is my first post on bigger pockets. I found the website about 5 days ago today and have not stopped reading or listening to it since. I work for a detailing company in Charleston, SC and polish and wax large boats all day. On monday while switching from podcast 23-24 which on average has been about 8 podcast a day. It happens my phone slips out of my hands and falls straight to the bottom of the ocean. Well to say the least i was very upset, yes part because i had just dropped a i-phone 5s straight to the bottom of the ocean, but mainly because i was not able to listen to bigger pockets podcast for the rest of the day. I am so glad i found this site and never knew that there was such a big group of investers out there. I have been doing this since 2002 and have always wanted to talk and learn more about Real estate investing. Just never wanted to pay my life savings just to talk with someone about what they did to become successful.

So happy to have found this website and thank you to the founders for starting it, i have learned more in the past week then i have in a long time.
