He did...the 'tenants' claimed they saw a craisglist ad and paid to rent it...cops made them move on anyways...never hurts to know your neighbors..and call the cops...sort it all out later.If my neighbor had not called I would have been in an adverse possession scheme shortly.

Charles,You make some really good points.Well thought out.I might throw in that these are talking points that an investor would want to discuss with the seller during the pre-foreclosure stage of the process.In most cases, these sellers are not aware of their options and certainly don't know how each of these adverse events will affect their credit.Good information.
