trespassers in property Baltimore
hello bigger pockers
I am working on a flip in Baltimore MD , we've just completed everything and have it listed on the market, I'm there almost every day and evening after work. I leave my house for 2 days to go on vacation and magically there are trespassers in my property claiming they signed some type of fake lease agreement with someone fake. Any advise? my lawyer says that it's not a Tennant landlord issue cause they we're never Tennant's they just broke in. Any ideas on how to get these people out of my property , can I call the police and press charges or just show up with a cleaning crew and a dumpster. I'm really not trying to go to the eviction process since ive never even had this listed as a rental
