Therefore, the move from one to six was not difficult, at least for us.I would think that jumping from zero to X units would be like a dragster going down the 1/4mile - - accelerating like crazy.Don't get me wrong here, I'm a strong advocate of MFUs due to the reduce maintenance and better cash-flow, but conservatively concerned on getting you off on the right foot.btw: turnkey as frequently applied on this site means buying from a company portfolio of units with tenants in-place, and thus you would pay their margins and impact your profitability.Buying any rental (SFR or MFU) with tenants in place, is by definition a turnkey purchase.
