Best Countertops for section 8 rentals

Hi, I am wondering what are the best heavy wear counter tops to use.  With section 8 rentals I try to go commercial quality when I replace something so there will be less headaches down the road.  Also could use a recommendation for a good double bowl kitchen sink. Thanks.

What you want with low end tenants is cheap and easily replaceable. If there is any way something can be damaged section 8s will destroy it. There is nothing that a section 8 can not destroy. This is the reality of the demographics you have chosen to rent to and simply part of your expenses.

Your choices are cheap, fast or quality.  Cheap and fast is the best option.

You could try the laminated solid wood top but they will likely set it on fire which will probably cause more trouble than you need.

Your market is what it is and there is no point in trying to reinvent the wheel.
