I've been an Idahonian for almost a year now. Love everything about our state. I'm looking into investing in potentially multi family housing as rental property. One thing I've noticed around here is that ROI is very low. 5-10%. Not sure why that is... Any feedback would be helpful. I'm looking in Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Emmett.
