Hello everyone!
I'm fairly new in my real estate investing path (read a few books) and looking to learn how to do it the right way. Happy to help out wherever I can and to learn. I currently reside in Los Angeles but have strong ties to San Francisco. I used to work in hotels but now work for a real estate services firm in their hotel division. I got into real estate in the hopes of building a portfolio of properties to generate passive income. I learned about Bigger Pockets from their podcast.

Thanks!

Thanks Ryan. I go up to the Bay Area semi frequently, usually for a weekend. Look forward to learning from you!
