Has anyone used an affiliate marketing strategy to refresh their property, create unique experiences and provide local products to their guests?

Personally, I wouldn't live somewhere where I have people living above me as I am sensitive to noise. 

I've personally communicated with the inspectors, and they are aware of how the tenant is trying to manipulate the situation.
