Cold Calling Preforeclosures

Reina Phee
Posted

Feeling pretty discouraged when cold-calling people who are in preforeclosure. Most of the time they don't answer, and everyone who does answer isn't interested in selling. So far I've dialed about 126 numbers, and I'm wondering for people who have found success, how many calls did it take to get that first "yes"?

Cold calling can be tough! Couple things I suggest: 1. You're not calling enough people, you should try to call 500 people per week or more. 2. Find a dialer, like Mojo, where you can call 3 people at once - way more efficient. Its not cheap, but way more worth it to get the job done! 3. Find some good scripts for you to use. Especially or handling objections.
